Conversation Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager position in Melbourne, VIC, where you would be contributing to managing the development, execution, and evaluation of the marketing strategy, user journey, managing the UI/UX development and improvement as one of the business owners of the UI/UX process, as well as ensure the digital experiences continually evolve to meet user needs.

Task & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the optimisation of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for conversion improvements and create strategies to enhance performance, direct the team members in implementing those initiatives.
  • Review the performance of conversion improvement strategies and make the required changes to the strategies accordingly. 
  • Manage the A/B and multivariate testing process, heatmap analysis, and user behaviour studies to optimise conversion points.
  • Collaborate with content teams to refine messaging and copy, improving engagement and conversions.
  • Generate and review the regular reports on conversion metrics, test results, and their impact on revenue.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive strategies, and new tools and technologies to keep the platform at the forefront of the market. 
Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in a related field. 
  • At least 3 years of full-time experience in a role involving CRO Management, Digital Optimisation, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in the same areas. 
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (GA4 is a must) and testing platforms.
  • Experience with heatmapping and session recording tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and their impact on conversion.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
  • Experience in financial services or affiliate marketing is a plus
  • Strong team management, project management and stakeholder communication skills
