We need a dynamic, passionate, and highly creative Marketing and E-commerce Manager to drive our brand and digital strategy and ensure the success of our global rollout.
What You’ll Do
Own Brand Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a powerful brand strategy that strengthens our leadership in the skincare space.
Lead Digital Marketing
Create and optimize high-performing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
Own & Grow E-commerce
Manage our shopify website as a core revenue channel, optimising for conversion, customer experience and growth through digital marketing, UX improvements and performance driven initiatives.
Grow Global Markets
Develop and roll out tailored marketing strategies for new market launches, working closely with our Global Partnerships Manager.
Manage Social & Content
Oversee content creation and community engagement, ensuring we lead in the fast-moving beauty and social landscape.
Stay Agile & Data-Driven
Analyse trends, performance metrics, and consumer insights to drive decision-making and continuous optimization.
Innovate & Disrupt

Who You Are
A strategic and executional marketer, able to lead planning for growth in e-commerce, retail and international, and roll up your sleeves to implement.
A digital-first thinker, experienced in social, performance marketing, and content strategy.
An e-commerce expert, with experience optimising Shopify and driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales.
A growth-driven professional who is comfortable working in a small team and loves launching brands into new markets, with an innate understanding of global beauty consumers.
A creative problem solver who is passionate about brand storytelling and innovation.
A team player who can work both independently and collaboratively with our Global Partnerships Manager and National Account Manager to drive overall company results.
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or a related field
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in beauty, skincare, or a related category.
Proven track record in managing and growing Shopify -based e-commerce sites.
Proven success in digital marketing and performance media including paid social, organic social, search, SEO and influencer marketing.
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics and experience using data to drive decision making
Experience working in independent or high-growth beauty brandsis highly desirable
Global Marketing experience a strong advantage
