This role is focused on driving brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement through hands-on planning and delivery of targeted marketing initiatives across multiple regions.&nbsp;&nbsp;DutiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive international marketing strategy to support sales growth and strengthen brand presence in Australia, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and inform campaign strategy.Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, and commercial objectives.Manage branding, digital marketing, public relations, content creation, trade marketing, and promotional events.Advise senior leadership on marketing strategy and contribute to the development of business growth initiatives.Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing data using defined KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI optimisation.Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to generate customer insights and convert them into actionable marketing plans.Oversee the development and performance of the internal marketing team, cultivating a high-performing and creative culture.Administer and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources.Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as a company spokesperson and marketing lead.Build and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing collaborations to elevate brand positioning.&nbsp;RequirementsBachelor’s degree&nbsp;Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing rolesProven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies across international markets.Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics.Experience in the specialty coffee or FMCG sector highly desirable.Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead multicultural teams.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
