The Role:

• Develop and manage national marketing strategies to drive growth and elevate brand positioning.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, print, and traditional campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Lead a high-performing team, mentoring and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Leverage data analytics to optimise campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Spearhead new office launches and bespoke marketing campaigns with end-to-end project management

The Person:

• 10+ years in marketing, branding, and communications within the property sector, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong ability to lead teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, content creation, CRM, and optimising data-driven campaigns across digital platforms.
• Ability to generate fresh ideas and execute creative marketing strategies.
• Strong data analysis skills to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
